Repairing of heavy duty cooling fan at different 220/132 KV S/S by dismantling of fan from the place of installation, rewinding of 3 phase motor suitable for 1440/700 rpm, replacement of defective bearing by new SKF/NBC make bearing cleaning of parts by thiner, lubrication of rotating parts then installing the fan back to its place after assembly, electrical connection and testing fan for vibration and sound proof working.All material, labour and T&P shall be provided the contractor at his own cost. Scrap materials may be retained by the contractor.

3 phase air break power contractor, 0-10A, 230V same or similar(L&T/Schneider/GE) to Siemens 3TF34.

Repairing of marshalling box wiring at 40 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV S/S Sasni, 20 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV S/S Bamauli, Hathras by replacement of damaged wires with lugs, ferrule and racks, proper saddling of wires for proper working of marshalling box.
