a. The Bidder shall quote the Per Sqm per Month rate of License Fees for 1st (First) year for Parking Rights for the Selected Metro Station/s.

b. The Bidder with the highest quote in Terms of Per Sqm Per Month rate of License Fees for 1st (First) year for Parking Rights for the Selected Station/s in the financial quote (H1 bidder) shall be selected for the award of contract for each of the Station individually.

c. The license fee is exclusive of all applicable taxes.

d. The Licensee shall bear all the applicable taxes including GST & TCS at prevailing rates. Any future revision in taxes shall also be borne by Licensee.

e. The Financial Bid submitted is unconditional and fulfills all the requirements of the Terms of Reference Document.

f. We have completely read and understood the Bid Document. The Financial Tender submitted is unconditional and fulfills all the requirements of the Tender Document.This quote shall be escalated at rate of 10% (Ten Percent) on compounding basis annually i.e. in the beginning of every anniversary during the Agreement Period.

g. Our Financial Proposal shall be binding upon us subject to the modifications resulting from contract negotiations, up to expiration of the validity period of the Proposal. We understand you are not bound to accept any Proposal you receive.

h. Separate Agreement shall be signed for each station.
