    Tender For Annual Maintenance Of 3 Tph M/S Thermodyne Make Boiler Manual cleaning of both flue-side and waterside of the boiler including 112 firetubes and 46 nos air pre-heater tubes. Overhauling &Servicing of all boiler mountings including mobrey and its assembly including replacing existing Gauge glasses -2 nos and its accessories (Cone washer- 4 nos and sleeves- 6 Nos) Replacement of asbestos rope used in doors of boiler (Length -30 meter) Primary cleaning with sand paper and painting with Heat resistant aluminium paint of 400 degree Celsius (2 coat) for the following: 1. ID fan casing & inlet ducts. 2. Cyclone & its inlet ducts.
