tender for Jadavpur Police Housing Estate - KB Building - Roof treatment work- 1 Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work. 2 Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. 3 Repairs to roof cracks with cement and sand mortar (1:4) including cutting grooves and cleaning cracks and grouting the cracks with neat cement before repairs. (Cement 0.63 Kg/Mtr. 4 Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based singlecomponent (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellant UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083fa water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs} after preparing the surface by cleaning and ti repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), preferably with antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a Priming coat(two coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with Sqm. main product as per manufacturers specification) and reinforced with or without 20gsm Geotextile Fleece, including the cost of primer coat and basepreparation, tools & IPlantsbut excluding the cost of scaffolding and stagging complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Note: If Geotextile Fleece not uesd the rate would be reduced by Rs. 5/-per Sqm) 5 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (6mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes.Pakur variety In 4th floor 6 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] 7 Taking out rain water down pipe 8 Preparation of drainage spout on roof for bituminous waterproofing treatment after required grading and shaping of the under bed with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) or Cement Mortar (1:4) as directed, Chamfering and moulding the parapet wall to form a bell mouth entry, if required and providing full course treatment with bituminous felt to facilitate quick and smooth drainage of watwr into the down pipes complete including cost of all materials and labour according to satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.(This item shall be done for reparing works only and shall not be used when original/renewal of tarfelting work is proposed to be undertaken) 9 Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A- Type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete.(ii)110 mm. Dia 10 B) UPVC Fitting c) Bend 87.5 degree (i) (ii)110 mm. Dia 11 d) Shoe (i)(ii)110 mm. Dia 12 Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of the EIC. In 4th Floor: (a) One Coat 13 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer.In 4th floor (Two Coat) b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion 14 Bituminous filler of approved type in expansion joints of dummy joints including finishing the top surface as directed. 15 Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge 16 Sub Total 17 GST 18% 18 CESS 1%
