    Tender For Request For Proposal (Rpf) Volume I - Engagement Of A Contractor By Mcd For Toll & Ecc Collection At Border Points From Specified Commercial Vehicles Entering Delhi. Broad role of Contractor: Selected Contractor will undertake at its own cost i) Toll & ECC collection, development of existing toll plazas, up-gradations / modifications of toll plazas on behalf of MCD as per NHAI standards, operations and maintenance for entire contract period, ii) Up-gradation of toll plazas will entail the time bound exercise of the following: a. Computerization of identified toll plazas (names of such toll plazas identified in the RFP document). b. Upgrade/modify/add to remaining manual toll posts/ barriers. iii) Remit to the Corporation as per terms & conditions mutually agreed in the contract. iv) Use & operate RFID facilities and infrastructure created at the 13 (thirteen) Entry Points, Hand- Held-Dcvice/Mobilc Device/APP at 111 Toll Plazas or manually or other mode at remaining entry points of Delhi for collection of MCD Toll Tax and ECC; v) Use and operate the facilities and infrastructure created at the permanent Point of sale in the Project
