The platform shall be of 40 cm below ground evel and 60Cm height above ground leve and proper finshing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, cable protection work will be measured & paid separately) 8 Supply, laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps as size of DWC pipe is 40mm O/D and 32 mm Inner dia all as specified and as directed. 9 Supply, laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps as size of DWC pipe is 63mm O/D and 50 mm Inner dia all as specified and as directed. 10 Excavation in trenches n .exc 1.5 m wide and not exec 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and cables and getting out as in loose/soft soil complete all as specified. 11 Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete ali as specified and directed. 12 Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS cover of thickness 5mm openable type and having suitable locking arrangement and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth. 14 Supply and lay GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / Gl wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and Labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless ultra sound technology/manual all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. 17 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of advanced new generation Early Streamer Emission (ESE) technology lightning arrestor made of robust stainless steel with coverage radius of 107m and conforms to body capable of working in hazardous atmosphere and protection against direct lightning point as well conducting/ diverting it to earth completly after tracing the Lightning in advance as per NFC 17-102:2011, certification the air termination should be tested for switching impluse current of 40KA and for local CPRI with 5 Positive and one negative impulse., mounted at a height of 5m above roof level along with guy kit 6 meter with grips strictly as per ANX1 with lighting strike counter 6 digit, GI mast medium grade 50mm dia, LA insulators 6x30mm, test links etc including all connection, GI flats as necessary, S&iF of PVC medium gauge protection pipe to be used from earthing to Earth point/on wall complete all as specified and directed Note:- Lightning protection work shall only be carried out in presence of company representative and a test report of earthing alongwith result sheet shall be submitted by the company through contractor,complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free pure copper tripod earthing electrode 50 mm dia 3 mtr long with 25x3 mm copper strip 2 mtr long including 15 feet bore connection clamp/nut bolts at top and prewelded and copper bonded connection clamp, having provision to connect external cables & strips, back fill compound graphite (BFC) 6x25 Kg highly conductive resistivity lowering ground enhancement compound tested & certified by National Test House (Govt. of India Lab) as per IEC 62561-7 and ASTM G57-06 for a resistivity of 0.5 ohms-mtr with advanced heavy duty polyplastic earth inspection pit cover having unique design and lockable made of high grade polypropylene complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) External Earth/Copper cable to be covered with HDPE pipe upto machinery/end point to prevent unwanted contact of other,charges and including dismantling/taking down existing earthing pits in above quoted rate. ii) Earthing testing point terminal block to be provided by contractor & welding work any required at site to be provided by contractor deemed to be included in above quoted rate.iii) Chemical earthing work shall only be carried out in presence of company representative and a test report of earthing alongwith result sheet shall be submitted by the company through contractor. 19 Material and Labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60x60cmx3.15 mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mr below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade Gl protection pipe for earth strip and Gl watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 and including, excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note : copper strip 20x3mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted. All joints either strip to strip of strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints and including taking down/dismantling of existing earthing pits. 20 Supply and fixing earth continuity copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing with screws on wall or batten or recess or cheses or buried in grouid or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required roof conductor above the ground complete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply and laying of single core copper cable 70 Sqmm size, using epoxy insulator @ 3 Nos. per metre on wall with all PVC fixing materials required when laid inside the building or fixed on outside wall of the building and including excavation, refilling and HDPE pipe protection on cable when laid in ground complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and fixing out door type, polymer, triple pole, 11000 volts mechanically operated Air break switch (GOD + DO), mounted on 15 Nos insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps and all accessories ie pipe clamp etc complete and including taking down existing GOD complete all as specified and directed.Note: Work to be executed after ensuring shutdown from concerned Engr-in-charge & supply to be restored after completion complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material and Labour for HT lightning arrestor for outdoor use, expulsion type, POLYMER complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65kilo amps, minimum working pressure 11000volts grade conforming to IS 3070 Part -1 including taking down existing Lightning Arrestorcomplete all as specified and directed.Note: Work to be executed after ensuring shutdown from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge & supply to be restored after completion 24 Supply and fixing in replacement cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolts washers welding bending cold and hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicate or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. 25 Material and labour for replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, With letter, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed. 26 Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to Gl earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, Cl frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion ,complete all as specified and as directed.
