Tender for civil and other miscellaneous works Demolition Demolishing existing block/brick masonry, for all thickness inclusive of RCC Patlis, plastering, cutting reinforcement bars, stacking of serviceable materials as directed and disposing them off site as per the instructions of the Client etc. complete including all labour, tools etc complete for all locations and levels. Note:- No extra payment to be made for removing plaster / dado works from the demolished masonry. Sq.ft 100 B Brickwork Providing and constructing Solid Concrete Block masonry in proper line and level at all levels in cement mortar 1:6 / 1:4 ( 1 cement: 6/4 coarse sand) using standard size of Blocks as 400 x 200mm of thickness as given below, with minimum compressive strength of each block not less than 5 N/Sq.mm including all scaffolding, staging, curing, all lifts, raking of joints, all labour, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc. complete and as directed. Rate shall include providing Concrete Binders in proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 Aggregates), 75mm thick reinforced with 2 nos. of 8 mm dia Fe 500 bars, RCC binders to be at every 1 metre interval from floor level. The rate to be inclusive of cost of reinforcement and formwork, cover blocks for reinforcement and all other incidental charges etc., all complete and as directed. The rate to also include closing the gap between the masonry and RCC beam / slab finished to required slope as directed by the Client. Note:- The width of the joints not to exceed 10mm. Sq.ft 60 C PCC Providing and laying screed concrete up to 100 mm average thickness in cement concrete M15 GRADE (1:2:4 nominal mix) laid in panels of size not less than 2 Sqm or as approved ,to proper level and slope including compactions, to give a smooth and even surface kept ready to take on any type of floor. The rate to include matching the floor levels with the existing floor levels wherever applicable Sq.ft 100 D Plastering Providing and applying in one coat, 12mm thick plaster on internal surfaces of RCC / brick/block walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), finished rough and ready to take on POP punning / wall finishes / wall dado. Rate shall include for scaffolding , grooves, sills, pattas, curing, surface preparation before the application of plaster, providing GI chicken mesh as mentioned above to a width of 150mm at the junctions of masonry and concrete works including tying in position by using suitable nails / clamps / screws and as directed etc. complete at all levels. The contractor shall make good the grooves, pockets etc. after the scaffolding is removed. Rate to include application at all heights and levels, surfaces and textures. Sq.ft 300 F Enamel Painting Providing and applying enamel paint of approved brand, colour, and shade as per the manufacturer’s specifications over two coats on doors, windows, and other furniture. The surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned before painting. The painting shall be carried out as per the manufacturer’s specifications. The rate is inclusive of the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, staging, etc., at all levels as directed. Sq.ft 100 G Old Pavers Careful removal, cleaning, and relaying of existing pavers in designated areas, ensuring proper alignment, levels, and gradients as per the drawings and instructions of the engineer-in-charge. The work includes preparation of the base by cleaning, leveling, compacting, and filling with sand or bedding material as required. Pavers shall be laid in the specified pattern with joints properly aligned and gaps filled with sand.The rate shall include all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required for cleaning, relaying, and finishing the pavers.Base preparation, including leveling and compacting, is to be included in the rate.Any broken or damaged pavers shall be replaced with new pavers at an extra cost.The work shall ensure uniform levels, gradients, and no visible gaps or misalignment in the finished surface.
