Tender For Kalindi From Village Pali - For The Second Time, Reconstruction Of Roads For Agricultural Marketing Facilities In The Sugar Mill Area - Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-2 on prepared granular surfaceusing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.7 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503,including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue(SI.NO. 503). 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Bitumen required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling witha three wheele80-100kn static roller capacity,finished to required level and gradesto be followed by Type-C seal coat. Including supply of all MaterialLabour, T&P etc also includinglabour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per Technical Specification Clause. 508. 5 Providing and laying Type-C seal coat with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per technical specification clause 510. 6 Earthworkin embankment in ordinary soil in pattries excavation to be in theform of regularpits notexceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including ramming anddressing the surfaceto required levelsand slops and also including 1.50 M lift and 30 M lead. Complete (excluding G.S.T)(si.253a) 7 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supplyof bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(si.765)
