    Tender For Road construction work of Bijli Ghar Road by mastic asphalt - Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 includng supply of all materials, labour, Tools& plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 2 Providing & Applying tack coat with bitument VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of .30 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 3 Providing& laying40mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker & laid to required level & slope after cleaning the surface,including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size@0.005cum/10sqm & an approximate spacing of 10 cm c/c in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100C ,protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 (Analysis) 4 Providing & laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35mm. The finishing surface to be leve,uniform & free from steaks & holes. Rate are inclusive of all taxes,royalty,VAT etc.all T&P/machine material & labour required for proper completion of work.
