Jaw Crusher (including all accessories): The machine is suitable for crushing coal. Heavy duty MS fabricated body, fitted with a pair of swing and fixed jaws. One corrugated jaw is pressed on fixed jaw by eccentrics to effect crushing. The jaws are made of high manganese steel (12-14% Mn) conforming to IS: 276 or better quality steel. The Jaw Plates are replaceable and reversible with a liner of High Chrome. The eccentric shaft is fitted with self-aligned both side sealed bearing. Feed-hopper and discharge chutes are fitted with the Crusher. Jaw size : 150 x 100 mm or higher (225 x 100 mm)Feed size: Maximum 100 mm approx. T-type Hammer Mill (including all accessories): This Mill should be designed for grinding of coal to fixed mesh size through Standard Screen. The grinding elements should be made of High Carbon & High Chrome or better quality steel fabricated. The grinding chamber is incorporated with Standard Screen. The Screen is interchangeable and by changing the screen the product mesh size can be varied. It comes along with feed hopper, Motor operated automatic Screw Feeder, discharge chute (Completely metal body with dust proof), product delivery tube and receiver. No dust should be generated from the machine. Maximum feed size: -5.0 mm Discharge Product size (standard): 72 mesh (212 micron). Capacity : 5-6 kg per hour or higher.
