Stockholder Will Be Fully Responsible For Any Addition, Deletion, Alteration And Variation Comes In The Lot After Joint Lot Inspection. Dunnages Are Not Included In Lot And Not To Be Delivered. Stack-2 -Delivery Involves Lifting Of Rails By Manually Upto 25 Metres And Crossing Of Two Yard Lines. The Purchaser Shall Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Any Other Railway Property/Facility/Equipments Whether Due To His Negligence Or Otherwise And Safety Of His Labours And Other Staff In Railway Premises During The Process Of Cutting And Loading Of Rails. Purchaser Has To Personally Visit The Site With Regard To Loading Point, Size Of Truck/Hydra Entry Through Station Road/Market Place. No Claim Will Be Entertained After Sale Of Lot.
