Pointing done with water plugging BIS quality material in first coat and after that second coat done with epoxy base putty of Resin + Hardener mixing ( 1part Resin +1part Hardener + 8part Silica) and sealing the nipple hole with appropriate material and process after grouting. 68 Grouting done by injection process in RCC/PCC irrigation structures components through Nipples with pressure 3 to 7 kg/cm2 and as per instruction, with materials(1bag cement of 50kg of 53 grade with Sika latex or FBR or equivalent quality 2Lit + Sika 4A or equivalent quality 1Lit +FL 40 or equivalent quality 8kg + Fair add or Intra plast or equivalent quality 400 grams with sufficient water for easy grout ).The rate includes cost of materials, labours scaffolding, equipments etc. and material to be used of BIS quality only. 69 Providing 40 mm thick guniting in cement mortar (1:2) for spillway works by using guniting equipment and air compressor and accessories incl finishing, curing etc. complete with cost of material and labours but excluding cost of IRC fabric reinforcement with all lead and lifts. 70 Providing and fixing in position I.R.C. Fabrics of mesh 6x6 & 10 gauge, reinforcement with necessary nailing in position, overlap etc as directed with all lead and lift etc. complete. 71 Surveying by TOTAL STATION including measuring of alingment of earthen dam/canal and creating the cross section and longitudinal section profile at 30mt interval.or closer as directed and plotting etc. Complete. The survey work shall be carried out for 150mt distance on both side.
