Tender For Annual Rate Contract Work Of Un Lowering/ Lowering Of Submersible Motor Pump Set From Existing Tube Wells Under Phed Sub Dn Buhana, Distt. Jhunjhunu. - Unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as direction, receiving repaired / new pump set from store/ divisional store , testing the same, transportation to site and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing, checking of discharge of pump set, interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line, checking of starter and reporting for completion of Job or fault/problem if any. (Upto 20 Km distance run by lowering machine)Notes : Rates of Complete items are inclusive of cost of all labour, material, T & P & transportation chargesFor three Phase pump set 2 G.I. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal 50 MM dia 3 Add above item 1.01 for depth above 120 mtr for each 10 mtr depth = 10% 4 Add above item 1.01 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. = 10% 5 Only unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, reporting and transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as per direction.For three phase pump set 6 G.I. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal 50 MM dia 7 Add above item 2.1 for depth above 120 mtr for each 10 mtr depth = 10% 8 Add above item 2.1 for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. = 10% 9 Only lowering of the submersible pump set into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes depth up to 120 mtr, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal 200 MM dia 15 Add above item for depth above 20 mtr or two D/F pipe assembly for each 10 mtr depth = 10% 16 Add above item for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. = 10% 17 Unlowering of pump set along with lowering pipes and submersible cable with safety from Openwell For three Phase pump set having G.I double flanged/ HDPE pipe lowering asembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm, checking the pump set, reporting and transportation of pump set from tube well site to store. 18 Add above item for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. = 10% 19 Lowering of repaired/New pump set along with lowering pipes and submersible cable with safety in Openwell For three Phase pump set having G.I double flanged/ HDPE pipe lowering asembly of size 50 mm to 80 mm. It includes receiving repaired / new pump set from store / Work shop with in boundry area of division and testing the same, transportation to site and commissioning. 20 Add above item for distance run above 20 Km for each 5 Km distance run. = 10%
