    Tender For Quantum Of Works For Purchase Of Materials Used In Works In Electricity Distribution Circle, Unnao. - Supply of Holding Clamp for PCC pole 8.5 mtr. The Clamps shall be fabricated out of tested quality M.S. Flat of size 50 mm. x 6 mm by forging The clamp shall be with nuts, bolts and washers. Each clamp must be painted with good quality of red oxide primer. 2 Supply of 11 KV Stay Clamp For 8.5 Mtr Long PCC Pole. The Clamps shall be fabricated out of tested quality M.S. Flat of size 50 mm. x 6 mm by forging. Mild steel used for the clamp shall conform to the IS: 226: 1975. The clamp shall be free from any cracks, joints and burrs. The holes shall be made by punching and these shall be circular and regular and suitable for 16×65 mm.dia bolts. The clamp shall be with nuts, bolts and washers. Each clamp must be painted with good quality of red oxide primer. 3 Supply of 11 KV F-Clamp For 8.5 Mtr Long PCC Pole. The ‘F’ Bracket shall be fabricated out of tested quality M.S. Flat of 50 mm. x 8 mm. size by forging. The second leg shall be properly welded Mild steel used for the clamp shall conform to the IS: 226: 1975. The ‘F’ clamp (Bracket) shall be free from any cracks, joints and burrs. The holes shall be made by punching as shown in the drawing and these shall be circular & regular. Electrodes used for welding shall confirm to IS: 814 (Part-1) 1984 & IS: 815-1974. It shall be ensured that welded joints have the same strength, uniform ribbed surface & absence of external defects such as under cuts, blow holes, surface cracks etc. The ‘F’ Bracket shall be with Nut, Bolts & Washers. Each clamp must be painted with good quality of red oxide primer.. 4 LT Shackle Insulator
