Topographical survey by total station/DGPS showing all features such as drain, sewer, road, electric bolt, telephone pole, well, culvert, temple etc. including super imposing khasara map and supplying of 8 sets of drawing with soft copy.

Survey and demarkation of roads, plots by total staiton including hiring of total station with operator and computer operator including offering and marking of stone as per layout with prepartion of final drawing as per site.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.: All kinds of soil. (C.R.) The Contractor has to detect Different utilities like sewer line, water Supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in- Charge(CR)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying at site : R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarsesand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.
