Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering & well ramming including supply of road metal and applying tack coat @ 5Kg/10 Sqm with andincluding premixed bituminous carpet 30mm thick (consolidated) with 0.34 cum of stone chipping mixed with 18.25 kg of binder and rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient, depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg / 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm (or less) consolidated thickness premix bituminous macadam with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen grade VG-30, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- The design mix for BM shall be carried out by contractor from approved NABL Lab / Institute / Govt Engg college as directed and design charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of bituminous by wire brushing for removing caked, mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or with compressed compressor air blower to remove all lose dirt and applying evenly a tack coat of VG-10 conforming IS:W-73:2006 paving biutumen @5 Kg per 10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer, operated by hot pressure mechanism and M&L 30mm thick (compacted) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete using 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade paving bitumen, spread with self propelling mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Mixing of SDAC shall be carried out in hot mix plant. Laying of bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be done only by using authomatic type censor paver.(ii) The design mix for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be carried out by contractor from approved NABL Lab / Institute / Govt Engg Collage as directed and design charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate coated by the contractor.

M&L for preparation of old stone / concrete surfaces of kerb stone of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (in two alternate colours as decided by EIC) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for road marking 2.50mm thick centre line, Side line, stop line, dashes, arrows, barckets and similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid at temprature 1600 C with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer\"s instructions and traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified & directed.
