Raw Water Works) Including Replacement Of Existing Transformer Oil With Dehydration Of Core Winding.- 1 Remove of existing body earthing connection of distribution transformer including neutral earth connections, HT and LT feeder cable connection of Dist. Transformer both side. 2 Drain out the existing dirty oil and remove the entire transformer including top cover with HT and LT cable box. 3 Dehydration of core winding and repairing HT Tap charger switch. 4 HT and LT winding bus bars, supports and shouldering riser connection. 5 Short circuit protection including coil supports, spares etc. 6 Supply of new transformer oil HP / Savita / Power / Transoil make IEC 60296:2020 IS 335 (600 +600 +675 + 675) = 2550 x 10% 7 Reassembly of entire transformer with earthing and cable connection 8 Supply of 240 Sq mm. 4 core XLPE cable, 1.1 KV grade Gloster/ Havells / Birla / Laser /Polycabe make 9 Laying of 240 Sq mm. 4 core XLPE cable, 1.1 KV grade. 10 End termination of 240 Sq mm. 4 core XLPE cable with gland, 1.1 KV grade 11 Supply and painting of fire protection paint on the LT feeder cable and HT cable (Transformer side) both. 12 Supply and installation of new copper plate earth station with salt, charcoal etc. (2 nos. for transformer body earth and 2 nos. for transformer neutral earth) X 2 substations. 13 Supply and laying of 40 X 6 mm. copper bar for dedicated earthing connection for body and neutral earth of transformer. (20 X 8) 14 Supply and fixing of copper earth terminal for body and neutral earth with nut, bolt, washer 15 Generator charge for shut down period at the time of replacement of transformer. 16 Testing and commissioning of the transformer 17 Supervision and transportation charges for the above job. 18 Add 18% GST 19 Add 1% Labour Cess
