Replacement Of Damaged Switchgear Items In The Directorate Of Town And Country Planning Tcp At Sda Complex Kasumpti Shimla-9.-S/E of MCCB 300/400 Amp. 4 Pole 415 Volt. with Thermal Magnetic Release for overload and short circuit protection 50 kA breaking Capacity (Ics=100% Icu with positive isolation) with/ without Spreader/ Rotary Handle. 2 MCCB 40- 100 Amp. 36 ka 4 Pole Release without rotary handle 3 MCCB 400 Amp. 36 ka 4 Pole Release without rotary handle 4 MCCB 250 Amp. 36 ka 4 Pole Release without rotary handle 5 Providing and fixing 50 mm X 6 mm copper bus bar in existing SS chamber including fixing the bus bars & thimbling of cables/submains/wires complete in all respects as required with best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing & Laying of one number copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed unarmoured/ XLPE power cable, 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on wall surface as required. 7 Un Armoured Cable 50Sq.mm (4 Core) 8 Providing and fixing Stainless Steel enclosure for MCCBs of following sizes including mounting the enclosure on the wall surface with nuts and bolts and fixing the MCCB in the enclosure complete with all necessary connections of cables as required with best satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Make: L & T, C & S, ABB or its equivalent as approved. 9 SS Enclosure For MCCB 100-250A 10 SS Enclosure For MCCB 400A 11 Rates should be quoted for all heights including all leads and lifts for internal and external works for all floor levels. 12 Useful materials should be handed over to the Assistant Engineer Electrical Sub Division No.I Shimla-2,otherwise credit for useful materials will be charged. 13 Sample of all the material to be used on work shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge in advance before actual use on workand any or all of the material which are available as per Indian standard in the market should confirmto bureauof indian standards.
