    Complete overhauling and repairing of one no. liquid rotor starter (Sl no. 34572 Schuekert-Germany) by replacing the damaged contacts are spare parts and painting with anticorrosive paint thoroughly including commissioning the LRS of 300 KW HT motor situated at Serampore Water Works, under HWWPP- 1 Dismantling the damaged spares of the rotor starter, disconnecting the electric cable and taking out the rotor starters after dismantling the base bolt. 2 Cleaning, overhauling and repairing of resistance unit. 3 Manufacturing, supply and fitting fixing of tips contacts – 22 nos. 4 Manufacturing, supplying and fitting fixing of moving contacts -5 nos. 5 Replacement of 4 core 70 sq mm. HT cable -5 mtr. 6 Replacement of control cable – 5 mtr. 7 Supply and fixing of 200/5A CT & 200/5A analog ammeter. 8 Replacement of 130 ltrs oil with new oil. 9 De-rusting and thorough cleaning of the steel components and other galvanizing the tie bars, welding the joints of the chamber or cover required applying 2 coats of anticorrosive /hardener based paint. 10 Fitting the some with foundation bolts, providing electrolyte of proper ingredient and proportion. Connecting power cables and commissioning the same. 11 Transportation of the rotor starter from site to workshop and back to site after repair. 12 Add @ 18% GST 13 Add @ 1% Labour Cess
