Tender For Grouting Of First Leg, Nut Tightening And Painting Of 40 M Gb Tower Of Bhuj Ba Supplying at site packed tins of superior quality, weather resistance high glow synthetic Enamel paint in international orange and white shade & of approved brand & manufacturer as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying at site packed tin of approved brand & manufacturer (Best quality) as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Zinc chromate yellow primer in required quantities as approved by the engineer-incharge Labour rate for applying priming coat and two or more coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel tower over existing painted/priming coated surface including all fixtures, ladder & its guarding, working platform, wave guide rack along the tower & cable feeder support tray from tower upto building etc including runway mast support complete to give an even shade in alternate orange & white band as per Aviation requirement, by scrapping with proper tools, sand paper etc wherever require and preparing the surface smooth and cleaning the same before applying a coat of paint all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(This item includes labour, material, T & P, safety belt and other safety accessories etc all complete except the cost of paint which shall be paid separately). 40 m rectangular Towe Tightening of all categories of the nut & bolts of the tower up to specified value of the Torque by use of Wrench Torque Rachet type including those of other fixtures such as antenna, wave guide, ladder, working platform etc. and replacing the damaged nuts/ bolts wherever required etc all complete as per the direction & satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (This item includes all the labour, material and T & p etc. required for the complete item except the cost of new nuts, bolts and washers if required which shall be paid separately.). 40 m Tower
