Mechanical Repair Works To 10 Cusec Vt Pump (Unit 1St) At Li/Dws Rabitar Of Misd Ganderbal.- 1 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Pump, welding machine using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 23 km one side) site to workshop 2 Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms 3 Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms 4 Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms 5 Extra per kilometer for lead >20.0 kms upto 30.0 kms 6 Complete dismantling of VT pump by way of:Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump, dismounting of motor with stool.Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as discharge and column pipes, shaft and couplings, bowl, suction bell,impeller, stuffing box, fasteners, etc.: Single stage pump with column pipe 425 mm ND 7 Extra per additional column pipe over corresponding column pipe size 8 Fabrication, turning and finishing of specified Stainless Steel (AISI-410 or IS 1570) shaft of specified dimensions with end preparation (threaded, etc.), keyway as per old sample having finished weight as under: 25 kg 9 upto 20.0 kg 10 Extra per kg >20.0 kg upto 40 kgs 11 Repairs of non-reverse ratchet seal plate by way of rebuilding each broken off circular edge portion (< 30% perimeter) of outer side or central hub and keyway using good quality CI welding electrodes. The plate should be pre-heated to around 200 deg.C before carrying out the welding job. Turning, slotting and machining of the work piece to restore original dimensions. 12 P/F of rachet plate rollers of SS as per existing sample. The job includes fabrication of rollers by way or cutting/welding/finishing upto the required size. 13 Rethreading of bolt hole using appropriate tap drill: M20 size hole/bore 14 P/F of asserted size MS nut bolts 15 Providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints with nominal sizes as under: 425 mm 16 Complete assembling of all VT pump parts after cleaning, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load. 17 Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of Pump, welding machine using appropriate means of transport as under: Tata Mobile (lead distance= 23 km one side) back to site 18 Extra per kilometer for lead >1.0 kms upto 5.0 kms 19 Extra per kilometer for lead >5.0 kms upto 10.0 kms 20 Extra per kilometer for lead >10.0 kms upto 20.0 kms 21 Extra per kilometer for lead >20.0 kms upto 30.0 kms 22 Repairs to strainer by way of providing & fitting of additional support with replacement of dmagaed MS Bars as per site requiement. The job includes cutitng and welding.
