Tender For Deep Bore Work In Kabristan Jawahar Nagar W.No. 43 - Construction of Tube-Well from ground levels and upto 150 meter depth and above to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by percussion/rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (part I&II) 1979 as amended upto date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply and wrapping of coir rope, wherever necessary, for arresting fine sand particles. The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly and development work, but work would be complete after obtaining sand free water)200mm Nominal bore 2 Supply of ISI marked AC Pressure pipe Class 15 Manufactured by Maza process IS 1592 as per specification & approved make. 200mm dia nominal bore 3 Labour charges for making slots/holes on AC pipes size & approved make CM type.200mm 4 S&F tube well cover of M.S. sheet 8mm thick at top & 5mm thick 100m wide shroud around be edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long & tow flange at both end in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of M.S. sheet. A 235mm socket with end plug shall also be weld over top plate (as per drawing enclosed) A GI nipple having outside thread of size ½ for installation pressure gauge shall be proved & welded with GI 80mm nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 200mm dia 5 Providing Synthetic Rope for sub. pump ISI Marked (IS:1575 of following size) 12mm 6 Supply & Lowering of HDPE pipe confirming to IS 4984:1995 in PE 80 grade and class PN 8 as per recommendation of manufacturer for particular duty condition of pumping set including ISI marked necessary GH fitting, along with clamping of submersible cable (ISI marked) of appropriate size so that top of pumping set is minimun 25 mtr. below water level.90mm OD (75mm ID) 7 Supply and fixing of CI double flanged type sluice valve with required tail pieces as per API 594 & API 598 (revised up to date) & departmental specifications: duly inspected & tested by the prevailing Inspecting agency of department as to be inspected and tested at Divisional store the includes cost of rubber gesket, nut and bolts, including excavation & dewatering for fixing of valves. Size 80mm PN 1.0 pressure rating 8 Providing & Fixing 80 mm dia GI pipe (external works) ISI marked class B including all jointing materials like flanges tail pieces bends reducers etc. complete in all respect. pipe shall be make Zindal, TT swastik RTL Garg Ispat only. 80mm dia 9 Development of tube well as per IS specification using suitable compressor to give sand free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well. 10 Supply & installation of three phase 5-satr rate submersible pumping motor pump sets made of Stainless steel body as per IS:8034-1989 of approved make as per PWD electrical BSR 2008 Grade-I making connection suitable for T.W. The job includes, installation of complete fitting & accessories with riser pipes, jointing of electrical cables & other connection making switch board electrical connection all labour for testing of submersible pump set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect including 2 year guarantee after date of commissioning. 11 Providing and laying PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cables of 1.1 Kv drade with aluminum conductor of IS 1554 category-II and approved make of including excavation of 30 cm x 75 cm side trench as per IS-1255 15cm thick under layer of sand II class brick covering, refilling earth in the remaining portion making necessary connection including testing etc. of required size & core (category-1) make as per mentioned in specification make ICC, GLOSTER, NICCO, FINOLEX, UNITOP, BCH 4 sq.mm 2 core.)25 Sq.mm 4 core 12 Providing and laying PVC insulated submersible cable with copper conductor of superior quality including making connection etc. make as mentioned in specification. (make FINOLEX only) cable size nos. as per out coming cable from motor. 16 Sq.mm. 3 core 13 Supplying & Installing 100mm dia sealed diaphrogm bourdon type pressure gauge along with & including all jointing materials range 0 to 10 kg./cm2 make MARSHAL, H GURUR, MANO METER INDIA only. 14 Providing and installation of ISI mark electric feeder panel including single phase preventer preferable L&T/BCH make only for submersible pump set (automatic DOL/Star-delta sarter) in MS canopy (size height 1000 mm width 600 mm depth 300mm and canopy 750mm W. 350 mm D& 100mm H at centre tapering) of sizes per tender documents drawing and specifications including mounting on C.C. M150 1:2:4 platform of size 100mmx600mm as per detailed specification as per the scope of work. Above 15 HP & upto 20 HP 15 Plat Earthing as per IS:3043 with GI earth plate of size 600mm x 600mmx3.0mm by embodying 3 to 4m below ground level with 20mm dia G.I. B Class watering pipe including all accessories like nuts and bolt, reducer nipple, wire meshed funnel and C.C. finished chamber cover with hinged type with locking arrangement C.I. frame of size 300mmx300mm complete with alternate layers of salt and coke/charcoal, testing of earth resistance as required.
