P&F Gun metal statue/scruipture of any type and size as per approved drawing and placement of statue/scriupture as per direction of engineer in charge ( Composition of Gun metal copper 85%, TIN 5% Lead 5% zinc 5%) 1:1 sclae model 1:1 model shall be prepared in EPS with a final finish of pop to finalizestance and basics of required scriupture and to examine final features and shape of statue sillicon Rubber mold for waxoming mouds shall be prepared in silicon rubber for further working in wax metal casting lost wax casting progress shall be applied and panel of the statue will be casting minimum 1 to 2 piece at ourin house of undry. Average thickness of skin shall be 6 to 7mm with composition of bronze will be copper 75% tin 10% lead 5% zinc 5% ( including GST and Transportation and Installation Cost)
