    Supply & Erection Of Machineries & Equipments Of Honnavara Iceplant - 1Kirloskar KC X -4 ammonia compressor with Flywheel, Motor Pulley and Gauges cum control panel comprising of LP, HP & OP cutouts with necessary internal wirings with KRMS Panel 2 100 HP Siemens make TEFC Sq. cage induction motor suitable for operation on 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles, 1500 rpm, AC Supply, IE-3 with roller bearing. 3 Necessary suction line and accumulator insulation 4 Oil separator made from M.S Plate Dia 20” X 36” long with Inlet & Outlet connection 5 Ammonia receiver of size is 27” dia X 21” long with liquid inlet and Outlet, safety, purge, charging & gauge Glass connection 6 Refrigeration trunk coils made from 32 mm(1 ¼”) seamless heavy pipe, containing 1900 Rft. of pipe length with header and accumulator of suitable Size. 7 Atmospheric type ammonia condenser each having a single row of 2 pipes height x 6.1 m(20’) long constructed of 50mm(2”) G.I ‘C’ Class TATA make pipewith liquid, gas Headers 8 Ammonia Valves and Fittings 9 20” Dia vertical brine agitators, with V-belts and motor pulley. 10 3HP Siemens reputed indigenous made squirrel cage induction motor for the agitator, suitable for the operation on 400/440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Cycles, 960 rpm IE-2.
