Tender For Supply, delivery & installation of one no vacuum pumping machinery and other allied works at Raw water pumping station of Sankaritolaghat Intake Point within Malda Arsenic area W/S scheme (Northern Sector) under MLMD, PHE DTE - Supply delivery of TEFC Squirrel cage Induction Motor of following specification: 7.5 KW / IE3 / 4 pole / IP55 / CGL(Frame size : NS132MX). 2 Supply delivery of spare parts for installation of vacuum pumping machinery. 3 3 MS Flange 4 3 GI Tee 5 2 MS Flange 6 1 GI Flange 7 3 X 4 GI Nipple 8 1 1/2X 4 GI pipe 9 1X 12 GI pipe 10 2 MS Bend 11 2 GI Tee 12 1 1/2 GI Bend 13 1 1/2 GI Tee 14 3 x 2 GI Socket 15 1/2 GI Elbow 16 1/2 x 2 Nipple 17 Rubber sheet 1 mtr 18 1 1/2 GI pipe 19 Carryingthe defected 10HP submersible pump (to be withdrawn from the scheme) from work site to Malda workshop including loading and unloading complete. 20 Dismentling the pump-motor set at workshop part by part for necessary repairing as directed by EIC. 21 Supply of following spares for the pump. 22 A) Suction cage bush (GM) 23 B) Shaft sleeve (SS) 24 C) Impeller (GM) 25 D) Pump stage bush (GM) 26 E) Neck Ring (GM) 27 Reassemble the Pump set with newly supplied materials and old serviceable spares as per direction of EIC. 28 Painting the pump motor after repair & reassemble by supplying oil bound paint after scraping out the old paint rust as per direction. 29 Carrying Back the repaired pump set from malda workshop to Malda Worksite after meggaring the pump motor. 30 Charges for making the structure for installation of the repaired vacuum pump with thw newly supplied motor including different fittings item, welding charges etc. 31 Charges for installation of the pump-motor set at its respective position including making neccesary connection of the pipeline with the existing two nos vacuum pump arrangement, cutting , welding, grinding the pipeline all complete and commissioning the same as per direction of EIC 32 Charges for engagement of labour for excavation and lifting of mud fromt the underground pump house area to the outside of the building within campus all complete. 33 Add GST @ 18% 34 Add Cess @ 1%
