De scaling of cooling tower 275 TR Flow tech Make Induced Draft of size 3 mtrs x 3 mtrsfor Chiller plant of capacity 225 TR installed at the roof top of the Air Conditioning plant at Govt. Super speciality Hospital Jammu by way of dismantling of reinforced plastic sheet, cooling tower motors,fan assembly,Opening ofheader pipes and sub header pipes and nozzle , and descaling of sprinkler and nozzles with descaling chemical .The job includes descaling of eliminators and fins of the cooling tower with the help of descalingchemical .The job includes rotation of descaling chemical from complete cooling tower includingeach fin and eliminator again and again till scale from each fin and eliminator remove completly with the help of high pressure pump/motor and draining of descaling chemical after each cycle through drain pipe with minimumm 12 hours of descaling cycle.The job also includes checking the connection of motor and greasing of the same.The job includesassembling thecooling tower motors, header pipes and sub header pipes and nozzle , fan assembly, after descaling of the fins and elminators .The Job also includes opening of side portion of cooling towers from the bottom of cooling towerand removal of the accumulated debris/scale in basin and distribution system by engaging manual labour .The manual labour move indide the basin of cooling tower and remove the accumlated debris and scale by using the steeel brush /patti.The debris and scale accumalated from the cooling tower disposed off from the roof at proper disposal point near by hospital .The job also includes adjustment of setting of fan blade angle for specified air flow and adjustment of butterfly valves /gate valves of cooling towers for proper flow of water.The Complete Job includes the cost of material,labour charges and all kinds of taxes thereof.

Desacaling of Cooling TowersBasket strainer by way of removing the top coverof strainer by removing all the nut and bolts from the coverand dismantling the basket/mesh from the strainer -4 ft approx . The job includes wash the mesh with the descaling chemical and remain dip the meshin descaling chemical for minimum 12 hours so that all the scale from the mesh become loose. The job then includescleaning of mesh with the help of steel brush so that each pore of mesh become open.The job includes fitting back the mesh in strainer and assembilng of strainer top after providing the gasket.The Complete Job includes the cost of material,labour charges and all kinds of taxes thereof.Complete Job.

The job includes providng and fitting of CI Ball Valve 65 mmm screwed end along with nipple 65 mm dia and 150 mm length at the drain header of cooling towers. The job includes cuuting of drain header with the help of cutter and then fitting of ball valve by welding the ball valve along with nipple on the drain header. Descaling and servicing of the AHU of Administrative Block by way of disconnecting of main chiller pipeline from the cooling coil and then descaling of copper tubes of the coil with the help of decaling chemical, cleaning of fins, flushing of line till all the blockages are flushed and then connecting the chiller line back to cooling coil.The job also includes dismantling and cleaning of Y type strainer and refitting back after cleaning and then filling the water in coilThe job also includes comlete servicin of coils and filters of the AHU. Complete servicing of Fan Coil Units of Make Edgetech Air Systems with Pre Box filter-2 Nos. each and 4 row deep Coil each of Central Air Conditioning system 225 TR x 3 Units installed at Confrence Hall at Govt. Super Specialty Hospital Jammu by way of dismantling / taking out the pre-filters from the FCU , cleaning them properly with high pressure fresh water using jet cleaner pump. Chemical cleaning of the cooling coils by spraying of chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil minimum 30 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam gets cleared and the chemical is completely washed off. The cleaning process is repeated till the cooling coils are totally cleaned. The job includes alignment of blower-motor assembly, pulley and belt adjustment, tightening of all loose nut and bolts. The complete job includes testing the AHU working for minimum one hour after complete servicing. The job also includes cleaning of nozzle head, and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the bockages. The Complete job includes cost of material charges, skilled and semi skilled man power charges for FCU service, transport charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all kinds of taxes thereof.
