Above Mentioned Condemned Structure Are Offered Excluding Common Wall Of Adjacent Another Unit And Boundary Wall If Any Which Has Not Been Offered Or Sold . Therefore Such Type Of Cases Should Be Dealt With Proper Care During Dismantling So That Adjacent Unoffered And Unsold Unit Are Not Damage Or Broken In Any Way.Condition-1] Before Bidding Purchaser Are Invariably Advised To See The Lot And Also Check Whether Any Unit Of The Offered Lot Is Occupied In Any Way.
