Tender For Lock In Amplifier Signal Channel Specifications: a) Voltage inputs: Both Single-ended and differential options must be included b) Sensitivity: ≤ 1 nV to 1 V for voltage input, ≤ 10 fA to 1 μA for current input c) Voltage input range: ≤ 10 mV to 1 V (peak) d) Current input range: ≤ 1 μA or 10 nA (peak) e) Input impedance: Voltage (10 MΩ + 25 pF, for both AC or DC coupled), Cur-rent (1 kΩ and 100 ohm to virtual ground) f) Gain accuracy: ≤ ±1 % (<200 kHz), ≤ ±2 % (from 200kHz to 500 kHz). g) Noise: ≤ 2.5 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, ≤ 15 fA/√Hz h) Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR): 90 dB at 1 kHz (DC coupled, 10 mV to 100 mV input range) i) Dynamic reserve: 120 dB Reference Channel specification: a) Frequency range: ≤ 1mHz to ≥ 500 kHz b) Input impedance: 1Mohm and 50 ohm.
