Tender For Repairs To Open Drains Inside Factory Area At Of Mk; 1 Demolition of cementconcrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for. complete all as specified and directed by EIC 2 Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built incement or cement-lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. complete all as specified and directed by EIC 3 Site clearance in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soils and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed by EIC 5 Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard rock and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed by EIC 6 Removing excavated material(soils) exc. 500m but n.exc 1500m and depositing where directed. 7 PCC 1:4:8 : Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in surface channels and in drains.Complete all as specified and directed . 8 PCC 1:3:6 : Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in surface channels and in drains.Complete all as specified and directed . 9 Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan with 1:6 cement mortar. Complete all as specified anddirected. 10 Plastering : Rendering of 10mm thick plastering with 1:6 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. Complete in all respects as specified and directed. 11 Moorum : Supply and filling of Moorum/Red Bajri,filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 12 Hardcore with broken stone/ boulders of gauge exc. 63mm but n.exc.100mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick and watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Stone Masonry : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 14 Reinforcement : S & F of Mild steel(TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed. . 15 Precast cement concrete :Providing precast cement concrete B1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) and setting in cement mortar 1:4 in landings, covers slabs for man holes etc, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, magers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces. Complete all as specied and directed. 16 Formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces in concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.
