Tender For Repairs & Maintenance To T.E. Koothattukulam.; 1 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 2 Cutting the branches of Mahagony trees lean over the building carefully without any damages to the buildings and stacking the firewood and disposal of wastes as directed by the engineer in charge. 3 Clearing & cleaning the terrace,corridors,stair rooms,surroudings including disposal of the debris as directed by the engineer in charge. 4 Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. 5 Beyond 60 cm girth up to and including 120 cm girth 6 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. 7 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 8 Repairs to aluminium glazed window including cleaning glass, oiling/greesing on hingesetc.. Complete 9 Providing and fixing stainless steel (SS 304 grade) adjustable friction windows stays of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the aluminium windows as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. 10 255 x 19 mm 11 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 12 With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm) 13 Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 14 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: 15 Asbestos cement sheet 16 Providing & fixing tarfelt over AC sheet roofing 17 Providing reinforced by organic fibres AsbestosCement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. 18 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 19 75 mm diameter 20 110 mm diameter 21 Providing and fixing PVC pipe clips of approved quality 22 75mm dia 23 110mm dia 24 Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 25 15 mm nominal bore, 122 mm long. Weighing not less than 99 gms. 26 Providing and fixing PTMT stop cock of approved quality and colour. 27 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms. 28 Providing and fixing PTMT pillar cock of approved quality and colour . 29 15mm nominal bore, 107 mm long. Weighing not less than 110 gms. 30 Pressure cleaning with water to remove the old pealed painting,fungus,and to make the old surface clean for painting. 31 White washing with lime to give an even shade : 32 Old work (one or more coats) . 33 Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 34 One coat. 35 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 36 Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface). 37 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 38 One or more coats on old work. 39 Supplying and fixing 22W PHILIPS LED tubes including removal of old fittings etc…complete.
