Tender For Repair To Certain Roads At Rhenock And Rongli Area Under Ge 867 Ews; 1 M&L for repairs to pot holes of depth exceeding 30 mm thick, area not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coatwith paving bitumen grade 10 pack primer (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) @9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of workcomplete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, trap or Basalt, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. 4 All as per Item No. 3.00 above but here in beforeexcept materials, using serviceable material (road metal) obtain from scarifying or picking of gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam (Item No. 2.00). 5 M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat withbituminous primer of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10 sqm over WBM surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mixlaid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove allloose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpetwith 0.54 Cu.m per 10 sqm of stone chipping and mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqmof binder using paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to a smooth uniform surface, complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for liquid seal coat by applying paving bitumen of grade 30 (VG-30)@ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 6.3 mm size stone chipping @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqm and rolled to a uniformed smooth surface by 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing in repair of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for applying retroreflected thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 upto 10cm wide in road edges, centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. with 2.50 mm or more thickness, applied using special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator madeout of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mmdia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMAand mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellowreflector radium tape of 25 mm widestrips with anti theft steel net for reflectorprotection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4(150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all asspecified and directed 13 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in surface channels and drains. complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered / stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.
