Tender For Running Contract For Hon,Ble Sansad Nidhi/Vidhayak Nidhi And Other Deposit Works Under Edd-Budaun (Semi Turnkey). - 1 Cartage of following material from store center Nawada, Budaun to JE Store/JE Store to Site of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 30 Km. 2 A) PCC Pole 8.5 mrt long/ST pole 11 mtr long. 3 B) 11 KV XLPE Cable of 3x70/3x120/3x185/3x300 sq.mm. 4 C) 250/400 KVA T/f. 5 D) 11 KV CT/PT unit of Different size 6 E) 11 KV Jointing Kit of Different size 7 F) 11 KV Pilfer proof Cubical of Different size 8 G) LT ABC Cable of Size 1x16, 3x50, 3x95, 3x120 Sq.mm. 9 Cartage of line material (11 KV Pin Insulator, Disc Insulator, Stay Set, Cross Arm, GI Wire, Earthing Rod, MS Channel, MS Angle, etc) from store centre to dump site & then dump site to site of work on day to day basis, including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 30 Km. 10 Cartage of 10 KVA & 25 KVA Transformer from store centre to site of work including loading & unloading at both site 11 The Work of safe Carriage 11 KV O/G VCB store Center Nawada Budaunto work of site distance up to 0 to 30 km including safe loading & unloading. 12 Cartage of 63 KVA to 100 KVA Transformer from store centre to site of work including loading & unloading at both site. 13 Earthing of each 11 KV line pole & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mmx250mm and connection the earthing point with GI wire. 14 Erection ofPCC pole 8.5 mtr long after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work. 15 Erection of STP Pole 11 mrt long after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work. 16 Fabrication and fixing of all 11 KV H.T/L.T. line accessories. 17 Erection of Double pole on PCC pole 8.5 mtr/STP 11 Mtr. Long after digging of pit of required size including fabrication and fixing of Top channel, droper channel & base channel alongwith, fixing all 11 KV accessories, Fuse set 11 KV pin insulators and making connection properly. 18 Construction of new Plinth for 250/400 KVA as per UPPCL Norms 19 Mounting of 250/400 KVA T/f on Plinth as per UPPCL Norms 20 Providing and fixing wiremess fencing for 250/400 KVA 21 Erection/Installation of following of VCB O/G in Consumers Site and Cable Joint of the panel to including earthing, grouting, Anchor bolt of panel of making/repairing of pocket for cable to insert in panel form trench and fixing taping of busbar with wiring for AC,DC Connection including providing AC and DC Supply. 22 Chemical Earthing for 250/400 KVA t/f neutral and body complete 23 Chemical Earthing for VCB O/G 24 Mounting of 10 & 25 KVA T/F with proper jumping of HT side and fixing of cable on LT. side of T/F making connection properly. 25 Mounting of 63 & 100 KVA T/F with proper jumping of HT side and fixing of cable on LT. side of T/F making connection properly. 26 Mounting of CT/PT unit with proper jumping of HT side and fixing of cable on LT. side of Meter Cubical Properly 27 Fixing of Meter Cubical as per UPPCL Norms 28 Making a section pole to exist pole after fabrication & fixing of T channel fixing of all 11 KV accessories. 29 Erection of stay rod complete after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming. 30 Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of ACSR Weasel/Rabbit/Dog conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 11 KV line including binding & jumpering properly. 31 Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of 11 KV XLPE Cable of 3x70, 3x120, 3x185, 3x300 sq.mm. 32 Laying of underground 11 KV XLPE Cable of 3x70, 3x120, 3x185, 3x300 sq.mm. sizes with open trench by brick & sand as per UPPCL Norms. 33 Filling the 11 KV Jointing Kit (Joint kit providing by contractor) 34 Laying lifting & sagging of LT line with A.B. Conductor of different size including proper binding & jumpring (3x50, 3x95, 3x120 sqmm.) 35 Laying lifting & sagging of LT line with Single Phase A.B. Conductor of size 1x16 sq.mm. including proper binding & jumpring. 36 Grouting of PCC/ST poles with Dust, Cement & Stone blast concreting. 37 Cutting & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree 38 Fixing of LT distribution box along with providing clamp Nut & Bolts 39 Providing and fixing Holding Clamp (providing by contractor) 40 Providing and fixing LT clamps (providing by contractor) 41 Providing and fixing LT Insulator clamps (providing by contractor) 42 Providing and fixing Piercing Clamp (providing by contractor) 43 Providing and fixing J Hook (providing by contractor) 44 Providing and fixing Dead & End Clamp (providing by contractor) 45 Providing and fixing Suspension Clamp (providing by contractor) 46 Providing and fixing Bolt and Nuts (providing by contractor)
