Tender For Periodical Services To Otm Of Zone B At Mil Stn Sgnr; 1 Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from internal / external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc and removal of rubbish/debirs outside military station land complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for Cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately. 3 M&L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for 5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar CM 1:3 to work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such asbrick/concrete faces of chajjas, facia, window jambs, sunshadeand similar work exc 15 cm but n exc 30 cm in width or girth including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifiedand directed. 6 Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 7 Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.0 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed.Notes : - (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to theEngineer in Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes.(ii) Written approval of prepared surfaces from theEngineer in Charge shall be obtainedbefore application of finishes. 9 M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade,@ 5 sqm/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using branded emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Note : Premium quality exterior emulsion shall be applied through applicator. 10 M&L for preparation of existing surfaces and applying 01 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any existing shade @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using branded emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Note : Premium quality exterior emulsion shall be applied through applicator. 11 M&L for preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying two coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sqm/kg/1 coat over & including a coat of exterior wall cement primer @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement based paint by using branded cement based paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed. 12 M&L for preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying one coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any existing shade @ 5 sqm/kg/1 coat by using branded of cement based paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed. 13 M&L for Obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paint to match existing work etc complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for Writing letters or figures with fluorecent paint ( Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high etc complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.0 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior painting complete all as specified and directed.Notes : - (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to theEngineer in Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes.(ii) Written approval of prepared surfaces Engineer in Charge shall be obtained in writing before application of finishes. 16 M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sqm/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using branded emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Note : Premium quality interior emulsion shall be applied through applicator. 17 M&L for preparation of existing treated surfaces on walls/ceilings and applying 01 coat of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 20 sqm/litre/1 coat by using roller to wall/ceiling surfaces including filling wall putty in depressions, sand papering etc and making the surface smooth andapplying a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using branded emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Note : Premium quality interior emulsion shall be applied through applicator. 18 M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant.
