Tender For Cement Nalla Bandh Ghodegaon Gut No 53 Tq Khultabad Dist.Chhsambhajinagar - Item no.1: Excavation in all kinds of soil & soft murum including boulders upto 0.60 m. diameter (0.113 cum.) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains/ catch water drains etc. and placing excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embenkment as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead upto 15 M and 6 M lift. 2 Item no.2: Excavation in hard murum including boulders upto 0.60 m. diameter (0.113 cum.) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains/ catch water drains etc. and placing excavated stuff neatly in dump area or formation of service road as directed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead upto 15 M and 6 M lift. 3 Item no.3: Excavation in soft rock without blasting including boulders upto 0.60 m diameter ( 0.113 cum ) for canal , seating of embakement , filter drains / catch water drains etc. and placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formation of service road as directed including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead upto 15 M and 6 M lift. 4 Item no.4: Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders upto 0.60 m diameter ( 0.113 cum ) minimising the damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling / pre-splitting / smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in dump area as directed including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc. complete with lead upto 15 M and 6 M lift. 5 Item no.5: Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M.15(40 MSA) of trap, granite, quartizite, gneiss, graded metal for PCCwith or without reinforcement / RCC concreting required heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway downstream face, energy dissipating structures, training walls, piers, abutements etc. with concrete mixer considering lead of 50 M with shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with initial lead of 50 M and lift of 1.50 M. 6 Item no.6: Dewatering by pumping out water collected with 10 to 19 HP Diesel & Electrical pumps including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, providing sump and all other ancillary operations whenever necessary etc. complete under specific and indispensable circumstances with prior approval from competent authority with authentic evidence of records justifying dewatering etc. complete. 7 Item no.7: Providing and fixing information board of 1.20 x 0.75 M prepared on 16 gauge M. S. sheet angle iron frame of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm with cross bracing of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm including painting wieth one coat of zinc chromate storing primer and two coats of back ground and back side gray store enameled bonded with red retro reflective sheet Engineering grade, border /letters/numeral / arrows coated with non peal able crystal clear protective transparent coat retaining 100% reflection including two angle iron post of size 50 x 50 x 5 mm of 3.65 M long inflated at bottom drilled on top and painted in white and black bpnds pf 30 cm with four numbers heigh strength of G. I. bolts and nuts of size 10 mm dia. and 20 mm long sheet and angle iron post in one piece without joints including all taxes conveying, fixing in ground with cement concrete in M-15 block of size 60 x 60 x 75 cm as directed by Engineer incharge. 8 Item no.8: Providing laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. complete as directed. 9 Item no.9:Excavation in soft soil strata for all component of weir and iits appiurtenent works to the required slopes and depositing of the excavated material on nala banks with all leads and lifts etc complete.
