The Job Includes Fabrication Of M.S Top Angle Iron 50X50x6 Mm And Bottom M.S Angle Iron 50X50x6 Mm. Base Plate 4Mm Thick And 48’’X30’’ Size. Side Plate Of Size (42’’X36’’30’’) & 2 Mm (T) And (60’’X36’’X48’’) & 2 Mm (T) And Rod 25 Mm Dia. The Job Involves Fabrication/ Finishing Of The R.C Bins And Further Providing Of 2 Coats Of Red-Oxide (Iron Primer) And 2 Coats Of Blue Enamel Paints. Complete Job Includes Cost Of Materials, Fabrication Cost, Painting Cost, Transportation & Labour Charges. The Job Is Inclusive Of Gst And Other Types Applicable Taxes.(As Per Annexure F & G) , Fabrication, Painting And Transportation At Mechanical Workshop/Transport Yard Bhagwati Nagar Of Garbage Container Of 4.5 M3 Capacity To Be Installed At Various Locations For Amarnath Yatra Within Limits Of Jmc. The Job Includes; Fabrication Through Mild Steel Channels Of Size 75 X 40 Mm And Angle Iron Of Sheet 40X40x5 Mm. The Bottom Of The Garbage Container Should Be Made Out Of Hr Sheets Having 5 Mm Thickness. The Side Sheets Should Be Made Out Of Hr Sheets Having Thickness 4 Mm. The Size & Capacity Of The Garbage Container Is Large And Hence Container Should Be Equipped With 4 Windows, 2 On Each Side And Fabricated Out Of Cr Sheets Of Thickness 2 Mm. The Top Cover Of The Garbage Container Should Be Fabricated Out Of Hr Sheet Having 3 Mm Thickness.
