Tender For Residue coating work in village Chandpur - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. 2 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4 to 53 mm water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming , stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 as perTechnical specification Clause-405. 4 Brick soling with straight over burnt Class bricks laid on edge and including preparation of sub-grade to prescribed camber filling joints with local earth spreading blinding coat 1 cm. 3/8 depth of local earth over the entire surface and including cost of material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per MORD specification 412 Si no 4.18. 5 Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 grade on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm area using mechanical means complete as per MORD Specification no 502 6 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen(VG-10) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 9 Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge PWD SOR CH-27 SNo-7 10 GST
