Tender For Provision Of E/M Services At Tech Area Of 252 Aas At Likabali Mil Stn Under Ge 872 Ews; 1 Supply & installation of copper wound transformer step down in door /outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 volts, Level-3, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS : 2026 of capacity315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Supply, laying and testing HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade 95 sqmm 3 core with stranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes,trenches/ ducts, on poles etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M & L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ductsin layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers soft/loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 5 0 and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Supply and fix HT 11 KV, out door type Triple pole, mechanically operated gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type .
