Tender For Special Repair To Road Near Magzine At Ima Dehradun; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed. 2 Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Surface dressing not exc15 cm deep in any type of soil including levellingand well ramming in road side berms including cleaning of road edges complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge exc 63mm but n. exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exec 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a tue surface complete all as specified. 5 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and ditected. 6 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks (old size) straightor curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 12mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and sub base of floors etc including demolition of existing old concrete complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Ready Mix Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing, of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, any thickness complete all as specified & directed.(Note: - Ready mix concrete shall be brought from approved cement concrete plant) 10 M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deepx10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed. 12 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 Removing excavated material to a distance n. exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching to drain, coping, bed block etc. and the like weathering, edge slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L 80mm thick heavy duty factory made pre-cast plain/perforated RCC M-30 as indrain cover slab reinforce with and including 10mm dia TMT bars, painted with black paint on external surface and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F in repair sign board made out of 50mm dia and mimimum 1.5mm thick stainless steel pipe gde 304 in outer frame size 1100x800x1800mm height (above ground level), 3.00mm thick aluminium composite panel size 900mmx600mm covered with green colour retro reflective sheet on both side of panel in main portion surrounded with15mm dia stainless steel pipe gde 304 connected through lugs with main frame, writing letters, logo and arrow as per direction with white reflective tap including excavation in post holes 450x450x450mm, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 S&F in repair sign board of any size made out, 3.00mm thick aluminium composite panel covered with green colour retro reflective sheet on both side of panel fixed on existing frame with screws, writing letters, logo and arrow as per direction with white reflective tap complete all as specified and directed. 18 S&F in repair cat eye of size 110x110x20mm dual directional reflective of tough poly carbonate of retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F in repair aluminium body solar studs red/ Amber colour with shank size 125x125x25mm withsolar panel mono- crystalline 2.4V/ 0.3W with 6 Nos super bright LED (3 Nos each side) and Ni -Mh battery power storage 1.2V/ 1600 MA life cycle 2-3 days after fully charged. The stud shall able to with stand the load of 10 ton approx and up to 1000 meters visibility complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F in repairIP-67 grading 4 LED customizable flashing/ blinking solar delinators poly carbonate ( clear & UV resistant) body mounted on 1m long MS pole 65mm dia powder coated alongwith coated mesh having red, yellow & white coloured (total 3 Nos) reflactive tapes of high intensity,solar panel should be mono crystalline/ polycrystalline 4 volts / 300 MA or above with minimum 48 hrs backup on flash mode after fully charged including fixing in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 Size of PCC block shall be 20x20x30CM complete all as specified and directed.
