Overhauling of HT Motors, RCW Motor1. Shifting of Motor from base to working area/Party\"s own workshop by EOT Crane/Proper Transportation2. Measurement of IR Value of Motor.3. Removing of Motor fan cover, fan, end cover, bearing housing,bearing etc. removal of Coupling Hub (if required).4. Pulling out rotor from stator bore with proper care.5. Pre work inspection and preparation of joint inspection report with OPH (E/M) dept. after proper cleaning of all components.6. Measurement of bearing housing, shaft, coupling hub and rectification if required.7. Preparation of measurement sheet for bearing housing, bearing clearance, shaft and coupling hub before and after overhauling.8. Checking of Stator insulation and wedges.9. Heat Varnishing of Stator & Rotor.10. Checking of IR, PI & Winding resistance for standard value to make motor available for smooth running.11. Assembling of bearing and bearing housing.12. Painting of components and box up of motor.13. Painting of motor with proper grade of colour as per industry norms after proper cleaning of surface by scrubbing.14. Motor no-load trial run and presentation of report on the same in presence of OPH (E/ M) Dept.

Overhauling of HT Motors , CW Motori) Complete dismantling of motor of Rating 620 kWii) Removal of main rotor from stator.iii) Healthiness checking of completes parts.iv) Cleaning and washing of all motor parts and cooler.v) Thorough cleaning and checking of all dimensions with measurement.vi)Tightness checking of slot wedge.vii) Thorough cleaning of main stator and main rotor.viii) Heating of stator to improve IR&PI value.ix) After improvement of PI&IR value using of surface cooling varnish.x) Heating of rotor and varnish work.xi) Complete motor assembly and assembling of all parts.xii) Fitting of bearing with rotor shaft with proper blue matching.xiii) Changing of all gaskets.xiv) Cleaning of heat exchanger.xv)Testing and Paintin
