starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid 5 M & L for well burnt brick sub class B (using old size burnt bricks) laying in trenches perpendicular to axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply & laying GI tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings, fixed complete to walls, poles, ceilings for protection of cables of size 40 mm dia bore including taking out unsv GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply and laying or fixing or passing LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm 4 core including taking up/down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supplyand laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductorserved with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed with nominal cross sectional area 6 sq. mm 2 coreincluding taking up/down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i) all connections are uniformally dressed and connected/ jointing of cable with suitable 10 S&F in replacement LED aviation light luminaries comprising of alluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure with 302 nos LED ,including cable of required size for connection after taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Philips/CG/Bajaj 11 Taking down luminaries of High Mast and servicing/greasing the motor, gear, Chain,all moving part etc and restoring the luminaries to top of the mast of pole,canopy fixing bracket including charges for machinery required for fixing at top position as directed complete all as specified and as directed.Note:Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately 12 Repair/rewinding of three phase motor of capacity 1HP/1.5HP after taking down from existing location ,refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Replacement of chain with existing size after taking down from existing location complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing in repairs LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant, corrosion resistant complete with driver, lamp,bracket of suitable size fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant, corrosion resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket of suitable sizeincluding nuts, bolts, washers etc including thermal management in multiple opticswith IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Supply and fixing in repairs LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant, corrosion resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket of suitable size including nuts, bolts, washers etc including thermal management in multiple opticswith IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Supply and fixing in repairs two core FRLSH PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 sq mm, 1100 volts grade ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Repair/maint of winch and electric box of high mastall as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 S & F in replacement of lifting wire rope, stainless steel of existing gauge up to 10 mmfor high mast complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L for earthing complete with MS galvanized plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm as earth electrode, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrsdeep below ground level) with top edge of the platenot less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground
