Tender For Periodical Services And Misc Works For Internal Surfaces At Dalhousie Cantt Under Age(I) Dalhousie; 1 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering (in two layer of 10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete/ stone surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement including takingdown cement plaster or any description including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note:- Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account. 2 M&L for rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling etc, finishing the surface and even and Smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls, racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.Note:- Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account. 3 M&L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaceas in ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 4 M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 2 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 2mm over the plastered/ old prepared painted surface of walland sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:-Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2 :- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaceNote: Where thickness of putty is required more than 2mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putti shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. 5 M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 6 M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall with primer coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 7 &L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distembered and old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices etc &preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applying two coat of white wash on walls after filling holes with putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 8 &L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distembered and old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices etc &preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applyingonecoat oil bound distermper on walls after filling holes with putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 9 M&L for applying two coats of white wash on old plastered surfaceas in ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 10 M&Lpreparation of old wooden surfaces of any description and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10cm width or girth and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 11 M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description n exc 10 cms in width or girth , including preparation of surfaces, complete all as as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. 12 S & F in repair 20 mm bore stainless steel, single curtain rod ( wall thickness not less than 1 mm) including fancy type both sides brackets , fenials etc (as per sample) suitable for single curtain rod complete all as specified and directed. 13 S & F Solid PVC wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC Sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed. 14 S & F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of widht 35 mm for wall paneling including of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing 15 Dismantingboarding , any description , fixed in any position with nails all as specified.
