| 1 | Supply & planting of shady plants (Neem, Peepal, Goolar, Jamun,Imli,Ashok,sheesham,Bargad,Jakhranda,Phulmeria,papri,Amaltas, siras, gulmoharetc or other specified) along road side including the following activities:(1) Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shurbs removal of stones & garbage. (2) Supply of plant at site of two years of age & height more than 2.0 mtr. (3)Supply of dry manure (Farm yard manure organic) (4) Supply of insecticides (5)Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones, Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 15 litre per plant after planting. (6) Half brick circular tree guardin second class bricks, internal dia1.25 meter and height 1.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meter below ground, bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand) and the inter mediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry, as per design complete. (7) Watering to Plants.(8)Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to15 days of its flooding with water including diposal of uprooted vegetation (9) Maintenance of Plants by the contractor including of pits/bids preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc. & application of intersecticides etc. & security. If the plant die during maintenance contractor has to replace same height plant at his own cost |
| 2 | Supply & planting of shrubs such as kaner, bougainvillea ,Tecoma plants or similar shrubs as per approved plantation plan along road side including the following activities : 1) Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shurbs removal of stones & garbage. 2) Supply of plant at site of minimum of age two years & height more than 0.7 mtr. 3) Supply of dry manure (Farm yard manure organic). 4) Supply of insecticides. 5) Digging of pits of required size Including removal of stones, Manuring, application of insecticides & watering at least 15 litre per plant after planting. 6) Regular Watering to Plants. 7) Uprooting weeds from the planting area after 10 to15 days of its flooding with water including diposal of uprooted vegetation |
| 3 | Plantation work by Miyawaki technique as per below scope of work:-1. Plantation design in consultation with client2. Sourcing of all materials required for soil enhancement (Compost, CocoPeat, Rice Husk, Jeevamrut, and Rice straw)3. Provision of saplings required for plantation (1.5 – 2.5 ft in height)4. Provision of manpower and T&P for execution/Pits5. Supervisor on site for execution of plantation6. Training of maintenance team on site for daily watering and de weeding7. Provision of JCB for soil enhancement8. Uprooting weeds from the planting area after 10 to15 days of its flooding with water including diposal of uprooted vegetation 9.Including cost of tree/plant (Amba ,Amla,Anjan,Ardusa,Ardusi ,Aritha,Arjuna,Badam ,Baheda,Dadam,Gulmahor,Jamfal ,Kachnar,Kadamb,Kanji ,Kashid,Khair,Khati amli ,Neem, Paras Piplo,Parijat,Ratrani,Siras,tecoma etc ) approximate total no of trees/plants 4-5 |
| 4 | Maintenance and Security ofthe Items such aschain link fencing ,tree guards etcby the contractor including of pits/bids, preparation of Thavala, Hoeing, weeding,watering etc.complete & applicationof intersecticides etc. (1) If the tree die during maintenance period contractor has to replace same height plants/shurbs/grass/hedges at his own cost.(2) If the chain link fencing ,tree guard brokenduring maintenance period due to any reason contractor has to replace same fencings,Tree guards at his own cost .No extra payment will be made for above work. This rate is for 6500 Nos. tree plantation work. Note- if partial plantation work will be done then partial payment will be made. |

Note- if partial plantation work will be done then partial payment will be made. |
| 6 | Maintenance and Security ofthe Items such aschain link fencing, lawns ,hedges, shrubs etcby the contractor including of pits/bids, preparation of Thavala, Hoeing, weeding,watering etc.complete & applicationof intersecticides etc. (1) If the shurbs/hedges die during maintenance period contractor has to replace same height plants/shurbs/grass/hedges at his own cost.(2) If the chain link fencing ,tree guard brokenduring maintenance period due to any reason contractor has to replace same fencings,Tree guards at his own cost .No extra payment will be made for above work. This rate is for 10000 nos shurbs and 2000 Mtr hedge plantation work. Note- if partial plantation work will be done then partial payment will be made. |
