| 6 | Providing and laying 25mm thickbituminous concrete with higher capacity batch typehot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 % percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix material to work site , laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller , to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H.. specification clause no - 507B, complete in all respect. | 7 | Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with ReflectoringmGlass Beads on Bituminous Surface,Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rate AS per UPPWD. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud ( With Shank ) shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable matenal approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg lested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light eniring the lens face. Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methacrylate conforming to and the area of each retro-face shalls than exceed 130 mm. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
