Work will be executed on call basis (as <(>&<)> when require). • Vendor should report within short notice time with Tools <(>&<)> tackles, Equipment, and manpower mobilization for doing the job. • All the equipment required for unloading like Hydra, Crane, Manpower etc are in Vendor scope and Vendor should follow the vehicle age criteria as per AM/NS safety Standard. • Lifting tools and Tackles required for Unloading shall be in Vendor scope. • Maximum single lift weight up to 35 MT. • Vendor should provide certified tools and tackles for the work as per AM/NS Safety standard. • All required manpower, supervisor, and safety staff required for safe execution of work will be in scope of vendor. • Necessary approval should be taken and gate pass preparation to be done for their manpower for smooth entry to site. • Unloading of material at 117 area, Port Area site and within 10 KM radius of AM/NS Hazira unit. • Loading at 117,Port area and transfer it to SMP#3. • Vendor shall follow all the safety Norms of AMNS India. • Work shall be executed strictly as per instruction of AMNS Engineer and shall complete the job within time frame. • Service providers must follow AMNS permit system and must comply with the safety requirements. • Service provider must depute safety Engineer as per AMNS requirement. #Safety# • Mandatory Safety PPE’s (Safety Helmet, Goggles, and safety Shoe etc) and Work/Job specific PPE’s will be in contractor scope. • Machines and equipment’s should be calibrated and tested, if anything related work, machines, equipment and PPEs found unsafe as per AMNS, AMNS is bound to stop the work and After corrective action to be taken by contractor, can resume the work. • All safety norms shall be strictly complied by agency as per AM/NS Safety Policy. Following <(>&<)> Adhering of PTW, JSA, gate pass, medical check-up Etc shall be Mandatory
