Tender For Work Of Replacing Street Lights Installed On Circular Road. - Supply and erection ofGalvanized Iron pole with galvanizing done in single dipping (Average coating thickness Minimum 65 Microns) Swaged tubular pole conforming to IS: 2713-1980 (part I to II) with galvanised base plate, The pole shall be made from steel tube & Pipe (IS:1141, Fe 410) including excavation of the pit and filling the same with C.C. of M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) from base plate to 50 cm above ground level, with the help of steel frame not less than 40 cm dia up to 114.3mm outer dia and 50 cm beyond 114.3mm outer dia around the pole. Duly finished with cement plaster, earthing terminals, cable entry with 32 mm dia. For additionaltechnical parameters of products/ work , refer annexure A attached withthis BSR .50 mm 7 Add Extra for Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV gradedirect in ground including excavation of trench of size 75 cm (Depth) x 35 cm(Width) ,with procedure as per followingpoints:- (a) Make a river sand bed of height 125 mm along the trench,(b) Lay the cable in the middle of the trench,(c) Provide river sand bed of height 125 mm on top of the cable, (d) Lay the protective Common burnt clay F.P.S. Bricks of Class designation 75 / Sand stone slabs of 50 mm thicknessand 225 mm widejust above the sand bed vertically across the cable ( Approx. 9 no. Bricks per Mtr.), (e) Backfill the excavated soil leaving 300 mm from the Ground level, (f)Lay the Cable warning tape and again back-fill the remaining portion of the trench upto the ground level and compacting the earth 8 Add Extra in Item no.11.5 if Excavation done in Hard Rock / CC road / TAR Roadand making Good the same 9 Add Extra in item no. 11.1 to 11.4 for Laying Charges for cable through Vermeer machine by making pit at regular interval and repairing the pit after laying ofcable with PCC/ Bitumin as required. 10 Supplying and making end termination with heavy aluminium lugs ( Pin / ringtype ) confirming to IS 8309 -1993 & IS 8337-1976 duly crimped with crimpingtool, PVC tape etc of following size.All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge.
