Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of factory made DX type 3 phase, 415 V, Air Cooled Packaged Air Conditioners (approved make only) having scroll compressors of reputed , air cooled, GSS casing copper condenser and evaporator coils with aluminium fins, condenser and evaporator fans, microprocessor based automatic ON/OFF mechanisms for temperature control with facility for setting the inside temperature (of the proposed space) for a wide range, required quantity of eco-friendly refrigerant (R407C or R410) to maintain the temperature within the above range, safety controls, single phase preventer, over load protection, control panel and all other standard accessories specified by the manufacturer Quoted amount is inclusive of cost of supply of full quantity of refrigerant, metallic stands for IDU/ODU, rubber pads, and all other materials & accessories for safe and satisfactory installation & functioning of the Air conditioners pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant filling, testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of the Engineering-In-Charge. Rate shall be quoted for the under mentioned capacity as combination of multiple units for outdoor units within the overall capacity and inclusive of Civil works such as breaking and making up holes in walls for refrigerant / drain piping or cable entries, ducting etc. The cost of the accessories mentioned in the as per Item No 23.1 to 23.9 is to be included in Item No 1 Supply, fabrication, installation an testing of flexible canvass connections constructed between ductable unit / dampers / ducting of required size with fire resist flexible double canvas sleeve complete Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge for drain (to be laid to suitable drain point)
