The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. Two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be molded in the RPM body. The length of the road stud shall be 100 mm, width shall be 90 mm and the height of the road stud shall not exceed 20 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm as per MORTH Section 800. The road stud shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The road stud shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Road stud lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm.The slope or retro – reflectory surface shall be 35 +/- 5 degree to base.The raised pavement marker shall be make in India and shall be tested for abrassion resistance from government lab and report shall be uploaded along with tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The product should accompany two year replacement warranty for satisfactory field performance from the manufacturer. THe base of the body shall be yellow or natural white as approved by engineer in charge the marker shall incorporate a solar panel (comprising of solar cells for convertingsolar energy into electricity, a storage device for storing the energy, LED for illumination and a design for providing 360 degree uniform smooth illumination through light tube. The marker shall also have high reflective plastic lenses for conspicuty in passive mode and dual shank on to pavement surface and shall be apllied with epoxy resin adhesives desing for use with raised pavement marker and as supplied by the marker manufecturer seperately. The solar cateye shall be of height 65+2mm and maximum diameter 136 + 4 mm. The solar studs/cateye should be tested for water ingress as per IP 65 standards and IP 68 standards and compressive strength of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM-D4280 and tested report shall be submitted at the time of within tender. If report shall be submitted to engineer in chargebefore finalization of the bill the rate shall include material labour equipments fabrication transportation erection installation and incidential all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.andincluding all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. 9 Road DelinatorProviding and fixing of standard as per IRC 79-2019 consisting ofminimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non- metalic retro-reflective sheeting on each side conferming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type IV table specification. The The Delenator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness on topof which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground white being installed.
