Tender For Repairing And Painting Of Shahabad Khad Godown In Shahabad Hardoi - Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm 2 Tile brick masonry work 5 cm thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth and upto floor five level. 3 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead 4 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 5 Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. 6 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. 7 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete.Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides 15 Providing and fixing ISI marked Steelness sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm. 16 (i) 250 mm long 17 (ii) 200 mm long 18 Providing and fixing ISI marked Steelness handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm. 19 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 20 Providing & fixing glazing in Z-section, windows, doors, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with glass putty / beading etc. 4.0 mm thick glass panes 21 Distempering(Two coat) withoil bound distemper of approvedbrand and manufacture&ofrequired shadeon undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over &includingapriming coat with cement primer of approvedbrand& manufacture such as Berger,J&N, Shalimar Asian paintsafterthoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters& alsoincluding preparing the surfaceeven with plaster of paris orapproved synthetic material &sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.[Inside walls] 22 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). 23 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm approved brand and manufacture over the plastic wall surface to prepare the surface even and smost complete. 24 Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 25 Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters. 26 With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm. ballast cement and coarse sand masonry coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour T & P etc complete for proper completion of work. 27 Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks. 28 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion .
