Tender For Major Overhauling Of 2 Nos 145Kv Cb At 132 Kv Substation Anand Nagar Under Etd-Ii Gorakhpur - 145KV CB of 132KV Bus coupler and 63MVA T/F bay at 132KV S/S Anand Nagar creating trouble in mechanism dunng its operation and require its rectification by following works:Work involves rectification of 145KV CB by overhauling of mechanism: includes work of overhauling of control block asssembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly Opening, cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn-out parts. Checking of shock absorber, closing damper, elc. Adjustement of all gaps, Cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rods, etc. Checking of mechanical assembly for wear and tear rectification/repair of worn out parts. Checking/rectification of mit switch, power contactors, auxiliary contactors for proper functioning. Checking and tightening of all electrical connections, replacement of defective left and right spring of drawing prawls.
