Along With Supply Of Material During Annual Overhauling Of Unit No.-3 Of 3X210mw, ‘A’Tps, Anpara - Application of ceramic fiber pad insulation on the following equipment’s as per technical specification and scope of work mentioned in tender documents: - HP Turbine ESV & CV, IP Turbine CV & IV, LP Bypass Stop & Control Valves etc. 2 Fabrication & Supply of Pad / Quilt type ceramic fibre pad insulation of thickness 25 mm along with required Glass cloths (10 mil), Silicon cloths, retainer / speed washer, GI / SSwires, suitable fasteners etc, SS strip/ belt etc. 3 Supply and application of thermal insulation on critical steam pipes such as main steam hot reheat, cold reheat, cross around and feed cycles pipes etc. including fixing and fitting of protective covering insulation thickness 50mm silicate and 100mm mineral wool or by 180mm thickness of lightly resin bonded mineral/ rock wool and sheeting’s.
